I use a lovely mixture of cheeses, and when you combine them with the freshness of my homemade tomato sauce, the crispiness of my dough, and the fresh cracked black pepper you sprinkled all over before baking (you followed the directions, right?), this cheese pizza is more exciting than it has a right to be. My daughter Vivian refuses to try anything on her pizzas other than cheese, so this counts as her favorite.
