Forget everything you think you know about a white pizza. They're all so gross I can't stand it. That thin, jarred Alfredo sauce- yuck! This pizza has a crispy crust (with the help of a little pre-baking), a lighter-than-air lemony ricotta, and some parm for zip. When mixing the ricotta with my special secret ingredients, I've had friends taste it and comment that they could eat it all by itself. Once you combine it with my crust- much like The Dude's rug, it really ties the room together. This pizza is such a delight, I'm offering it all on its own. Look forward to other weeks, where I may or may not add some other toppings, but for now, here she is, all by herself, like Bunny returning unharmed from Vegas. Vegetarian!
