When we lived in Koreatown here in LA, we were right by a lovely restaurant called Mister Pizza Factory. They had an impressive knack for combining the most interesting ingredients into the most delicious pizza. Their main event was definitely their “Potato Gold” pizza, with a sweet potato mousse in the crust. While it's a little complicated to replicate that experience for you in your kitchen, I've combined several flavors from that signature pizza into my own version. Grab a slice and let's walk to the Wiltern!
Serves 2-4 people. When placing your order, please note “spicy” or “plain” for your sauce. If there is no note, I will assume “spicy.”
